Im a strong believing Christian, and my best friend is an Atheist?
Hellooo .
Alright … I’m a strong believing Christain, church every week and all .. but my best friend has just told me that she is an Atheist, that she does not believe in the after life at all, nothing about reincarnation at all. But she believes in the Devil and celebrates Christian holidays. When i told her that the Devil is part of Christianity, she didn’t believe me, that the Devil stands alone. She also tried to sell to me that things like Christmas and Easter are not Christian holidays, all though they obviously are …
I’m not looking to change her religion, but she doesn’t respect my beliefs, although I respect hers, a lot. I basically want respect, and not religious jokes.
BY THE WAY : I believe in Easter & Christmas etc. the CHRISTIAN WAY. I never meant to say it was wrong, but its the way i believe that Christmas came from Christs Mass, and Easter was the ressurection of Jesus Christ.
No, if she believes in the devil, she is not an atheist, because god and the devil go together.
She’s right about the holidays. You should really learn more about your religion.
