Are you concerned about Palin’s views on censorship, Creationism and abstinance-teaching?
She did not actually ban any books, but she did ask about it, which still concerns me. Book banning is unconstitutional. I think it’s perfectly ok to mention Creationism in science classes (“Some believe that the world was created by a supreme being…”), but because it has no evidence it should not be taught as a science. And concerning her views on sex education, yes, abstinance SHOULD be taught in sex-ed classes. But it should be in accordance to various birth control methods. Just telling a bunch of teenagers to not have sex won’t stop them.
I’m asking this on R&S because it somewhat ties into religion. And I do not mean to offend anybody at all. I’m perfectly happy with responses from atheists, Christians, Jews, Muslims, Wiccan, Hindi and whatever other religion you can think of. I’m looking for true, honest answers.
It is very concerning to know that someone so right-wing and religious could be one step away from running the most powerful country in the world. (With McSame being so old and feeble, it’s certainly possible that she could succeed him if he dies.)
I don’t agree with her views on just about anything. The woman is against choice, fires employees that don’t agree with her, attends a wacky church, allows wolves to be shot and killed and pays people to do so, and, along with McSame, is hellbent on having this country go backwards instead of forwards.
And Makemea, she IS an airhead. She is also a racist. Just because she ran podunk, Alaska doesn’t mean she knows what she’s doing. She is also a liar; her vp acceptance speech was full of lies. Stop being such a follower.
